Vertical Mill Machine used in cement grinding plant
Vertical mill is the main milling machine used in cement grinding plant, with large capacity, energy consumption and it’s fineness is upto 0.0445mm. In the complete cement production line, vertical roller mill is used in three grinding processes.

vertical cement grinding millThe first process is making cement raw meal. When the limestone particles are mixed with additive materials according to the certain percentage, the cement raw meal will enter into the vertical cement mill for grinding powder, then collect the cement raw meal powder using dust collection.
The secondary process is making coal powder. Coal is the important raw material for cement production line, it can change the clotting time of cement. So we need add coal powder into the cement. We usually use vertical coal mill as cement mill in coal grinding process.
The third process is grinding gypsum and cement clinker into cement powder. Of course gypsum is firstly crushed into particles by crusher. Then gypsum and cement clinker enter into vertical cement mill, the machine grind cement clinker and gypsum into powder to make cement.
Of course, not only vertical mill is used in the cement production line, ball mills is also used in those three process. Super ultrafine grinding mill is used in the cement plant if the requirement about finess is strict and high.
Cement crusher is general used before the cement mill, and it is used crushing limestone, gypsum and coal for cement.
